Originally, I had another post planed for tonight, sort of a small kick off for a couple of blogs I will be spinning of into separate sites, but I felt that before I do that, it’s best to another post, especially as I was greeted by a comment on my blog from someone I didn’t think would be on this site, but that I am happy didn’t tear my work apart too much, one whom if it were not for his classes, the title of this site would read something along the lines of “MIS Major looking for work” as opposed to my current one. But I have written about that in the past so no need to go into too much, though I’m certain after this is posted, that post will be torn apart, critiqued with text in the margins, and sent back to me in an .odt file and graded just for good measure. But I wouldn’t expect anything less.

In all honesty, I’m glad you’re reading, considering most of the work of mine you have previously read has dealt with more formal topics as opposed to my random thoughts on various elements of life and various states of my mind, though the posts here are not too far off from them. If you want a better representation, I would say stay clear of the earliest posts on this blog and stick with the ones coming up.

For the most part, the only rhyme and reason within this site is that it is who I am today in all aspects and nothing is left out. I feel that it is possibly my best form of expression in this world. Plus, it keeps both my writing skill and web design talent up to snuff, even if it is less fiction and more prose.

So, with that, I shall begin the week. It’s the first post of the week, one usually filled with more angst and less content, but seeing as I am now one year older, it’s time I took this more seriously and tried to actually make some content. This week will focus on that, with posts discussing writing, game reviews, and anything else I deem worthy. I am sappy and I am a geek and that will never change. So, let’s begin this week right.

  1. That’s funny. I knew I loved .odt, but .docx has helped me to understand just how much I loved .odt.

You’re writing well — uh, better, to be honest, than you did in the admittedly artificial environment of the literary analytical essay. There’s a real voice to a lot of this.

I’ll be posting a bit to Phronesisaical, again, over the next couple of weeks, so drop by if you have a chance.
